http://We are a small public library situated in the Tioga River Valley of North Central Pennsylvania. Our library is a great place to open your mind to the world through reading and the Internet. The library, which was defunct during World War II, was reformed in 1946 under the name Blossburg Memorial Library as a way to honor those who served in any way during that time. It has continued as a way to honor those living and deceased within the family of the community.Hours: Monday - Thursday: 12-7, Friday 12-5, Saturday 9-12
